SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on every domestic order within India over a specific value. The checkout page should automatically mention if an order is eligible for free shipping.

Please note, We may not be able to ship to specific remote locations not serviced by our shipping partners. In such cases, we may reach out to you and make special arrangements, to ship the order at charges payable by you. Our support team will contact you about such costs before processing our warehouses' orders.

Our shipping partners provide insurance for shipments against damages. Please do not accept packages if you find them tampered with or damaged.

Once you place an order, we usually process the same for shipment within 24-48 hours. Our shipping partners may take an additional 3-5 business days to deliver the shipment to you.

We do not entertain any changes to the shipping address; however, you can reach out to our support to get the order canceled before it is shipped.

We cannot cancel orders once they have been processed for pick-up by our shipping partners.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us are not received in good condition—are damaged, incorrect or defective—we may replace the goods.

These terms and conditions apply to process a return or exchange:

  1. You can request an exchange for replacing the original order up to a maximum of 72 hours from the day the product is delivered to you by our shipping partner. We are unable to entertain any requests made after that period.

  2. When returning, products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

  3. We do not offer any exchanges on clearance sales or other promotional offers.

  4. We offer a refund only in the rare case that the product gets damaged in shipping. For all other cases, we can provide only exchange if eligible.

  5. Our shipping partners will get in touch with you to get the products picked up for returns. Please do not ship us any products on your own. We will not be able to pay for shipping if you send any product back to us on your own.

Allow us 48 hours to follow up with you when you send us your intimation to return or exchange the product. Our team will confirm if the product is eligible for further processing and arrange for a pick-up by our shipping partners.

Depending on your location, it may take 3-5 business days for the products to be shipped back to us once our shipping partners collect them. When we receive the product, we will process an exchange within 48 hours, which may take our shipping partners an additional 3-5 days to get the shipment delivered to you.

Once a product has been exchanged, we do not offer further returns or exchanges on it.
